Musicks EmpireThe choir revisited its favourite works from the 19th and 20th centuries, featuring works by Bruckner, Stanford, Willan and Britten. A highlight of the programme was Britten's A Hymn to Saint Cecilia, and folk song arrangements by Holst and Vaughan Williams and by the Armenian composer Komitas were also presented
